SCOPE OF WORK

Support participants, then assess and discuss their work.

Commission the stages your event needs. We define our responsibilities alongside the organizer’s operating role.

Participant preparation

Guide Roblox Studio setup, basic controls, world creation and simple interactions at a level suited to the participants.

Production mentoring

Help teams define what they can build in the available time, review their progress and work through development obstacles.

Evaluation criteria

Agree on criteria, weights and a judging sheet around the theme, creativity, play experience, implementation, device usability and age suitability.

Judging and feedback

Review submitted projects and presentations, then organize the assessment and comments in the agreed reporting format.

Before setting the budget and schedule

The scope can cover judging alone, preparation and judging, hackathon mentoring or classes with a showcase. Project count, participant age, dates and submission format determine the work required.

Can you provide judging for an event we have already planned?

Yes. We review the number of entries, evaluation criteria, judging format and required reporting before agreeing on the role.

Do you use the same criteria for every event?

No. Criteria and weights should reflect the event’s purpose, theme, participant age and production period. The review also considers how the presentation matches the playable project, its play experience and safety.
