We collect the following information when you contact us or request our company deck.
- Required: email address
- Optional: name, company / organization, phone, service of interest, preferred start time, goals and inquiry details, and education participants, group size, location and equipment information
- Receipt records: inquiry ID and time, inquiry page and selected reference story, and privacy agreement status, time and document version
- Collection channels: website production and institutional education inquiry forms, and emails you send us
2. How we use your information
- Replying to inquiries and sending our company deck and portfolio PDF
- Reviewing project requests and discussing scope with prospective clients
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics for service improvement
3. Retention period
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted. Where applicable laws require longer retention, we retain it for the legally required period.
4. Third-party sharing & processing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use Vercel to provide the website and process inquiry requests, Supabase in the Seoul region to store inquiry records and notification status, and an SMTP provider to send inquiry notifications to our team. The inquiry record and our team's email copy contain the information you submit. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and manage its receipt.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Please send your request to the contact below.
