SCOPE OF WORK

From the core activity to a game ready for launch.

Choose full production or support for specific parts of your game. We agree on the work and what you will review at each stage.

Game structure and design

Define the audience, permitted IP use, player goals, missions, rewards and onboarding. This sets the priorities for what to build first.

Worlds and systems

Build playable environments, interactive objects, Luau scripts, progression systems and UI in Roblox.

Testing and revisions

Check controls, guidance, difficulty and performance on the agreed devices. Review playtest findings and define the revisions.

Launch and ongoing work

Set out launch preparation and responsibilities. If updates, bug fixes or new content are needed, agree on the support period and scope.

Before setting the budget and schedule

World size, systems, new assets, testing, UGC and ongoing work affect the budget and schedule. Brand and IP approvals also need time in the production plan.

Ask about your game’s development scope
BEFORE WE START

Questions you may have.

Do we need a finished game brief?

No. Your goal, audience, available IP, target schedule and budget range are enough to start discussing the scope. Reference games can help explain the experience you have in mind.

Can you develop only part of a game?

Yes. We can review your existing work and discuss specific responsibilities, such as world creation, a game system or QA.

Can we discuss support after launch?

Updates, bug fixes, player feedback and additional content can be included in the discussion. We agree on the support period and responsibilities alongside the production scope.

START THE CONVERSATION

Tell us about the game, including what is still undecided.

Start with your goal, IP and reference games. If development is already underway, describe the current state and the role you need us to take.
